Ottawa Basements: What We Usually Find

Ottawa's ranch neighborhoods on the south and west sides often sit on full basements that only need a dry-out check and a plan before they become family rooms or guest space. Older homes near downtown and Forest Park are a different story: lower ceilings, older foundations, and sometimes a history of water after heavy rain.
