    We review every submission and reply within 48 hours, usually by phone or email, to set up a time to talk. If your project is time sensitive, calling us directly is the fastest way to connect.
    What areas do you serve?
    We are based in Ottawa and serve Franklin and Miami counties, along with nearby towns in Douglas, Anderson, and Johnson counties. If you are not sure whether your town is covered, just ask and we will let you know.

    Should I include photos of my project?
    Photos are helpful but optional. They give us a head start on understanding the space before we talk. A few wide shots of the room and close-ups of any problem areas are usually enough.
