WE’VE BEEN PREPARING FOR YOUR PROJECT FOR 35 YEARS.
Aaron Harshaw’s passion for making homes beautiful began at age 14 when started working for a residential builder in Lawrence, Kansas. Through the decades, as his commercial and residential experience developed, so did his dedication to be a guide for those wanting to enhance their home. We will partner with dozens of clients this year to help bring their dreams to reality. But the only dream that matters to you is yours. Perhaps we are the right fit to help you write the next chapter in the story of why you love your home? Call today. Let’s find out.
Meet our team
I first fell in love with construction as a fourteen-year-old, working for a builder in Lawrence, Kansas. With experience through the decades in residential and commercial building trades, owning a high-end renovation firm was a natural fit. I first fell in love with my high school sweetheart as a seventeen-year-old, and after nearly 30 years of marriage, she’s still the most intelligent person I know. One of the most satisfying parts of what we get to do is guiding our clients through the process of falling in love with their home for the first time…all over again.
I started working with HHR officially in early 2020, although I have worked with my Dad my entire life. Some of my earliest memories are on job sites watching him mud drywall. I graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2018 with my wife, Haley, whom I met during my time there. We welcomed our first son, Harrison, into the world in October 2021, and my life changed forever; I love being a Dad. I have a wide variety of interests and can converse with most people about most things. You'll likely see me on your project with one earbud in listening to a podcast.
My passions include my faith and my family. My wife, Erin, and I have been married for 11 years. We have a 3-year-old daughter who has so much personality and brings joy to those around her. I have worked to help people’s dreams become a reality for over a decade. I was a home inspector for several years before taking the position of Lead Carpenter with HHR in 2021. I have many hours devoted to studying homes, how they work as a system, and how to incorporate visions and dreams into a reality.
